Tracking & delays
After dispatch, open your order for the carrier, tracking number and available scan events. Handover, transport, customs, holidays, weather and local delivery can affect scans and timing. Contact us with your order number if delivery is overdue, tracking stalls or a delivered parcel is missing. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution, including replacement or refund where applicable.
International customs & duties
Customs applies to international shipments. Shipping and tax shown at checkout do not by themselves confirm that every import duty or local collection charge is included. Contact us before payment to confirm destination-specific duties and clearance requirements.
Address issues & damaged parcels
Provide a complete address, postal code and contact details. Request corrections promptly; changes may not be possible after dispatch. For damaged, wrong or incomplete goods, retain packaging and available photos and contact us with your order number. Evidence helps investigation without automatically removing your statutory rights. Any costs for refusal or uncollected parcels depend on the circumstances and applicable law.
