A good care routine starts with the manual for your exact model. This checklist helps you read its requirements; it does not replace manufacturer instructions or establish a charging specification.
Read the charging label first
Find the specified input, designated charging port and any supplied charger or cable. Use equipment that meets the model’s instructions. A USB-shaped port may serve another function; confirm its label before connecting power.
Understand battery-life figures
Check whether a runtime refers to a single charge, the charging case or a particular playback setting. Volume, lighting and microphone use may be part of the supplier’s test conditions. Ask about unstated conditions rather than treating a figure as a guarantee for your setup.
Keep care specific to the model
Follow the stated cleaning method, storage conditions and water-resistance instructions. Keep connectors free of moisture and debris. Do not infer a water-resistance rating from a category or promotional photo. Follow the manual’s required conditions before charging.
Check accessories on arrival
Compare the selected variant’s package information with the delivered contents. Keep the labels, model code and packaging while checking. Contact customer care if an expected cable, charger or accessory is missing or unclear.
Give support useful evidence
For unexpected charging or runtime issues, provide the order number, model, charger specifications, observed indicators and usage conditions. Clear photos or a short video help support understand the problem. Follow after-sales instructions; do not open or modify the product.
