CYBERAUD / LISTENING GUIDE

Build your audio setup: connections & compatibility

Follow the full signal path: source, connection, playback and microphone. Check both ends before ordering.

Before choosing a speaker or headphones, write down the device you will connect, your listening space and the accessories you already own. Start with the exact model rather than a category label.

Identify both ends of the connection

Check the source device and the audio product separately. Look for supported connection modes, input and output labels, and adapters described in their manuals. Similar-looking sockets may serve different purposes. An unlisted feature should be confirmed before purchase.

Read the model and selected variant

Match the product’s model code to your selected variant. Review source specifications and package information. Bluetooth version, photos or the word wireless alone do not confirm every calling, pairing or playback feature you may need.

Plan the microphone setup

For karaoke, confirm the number and type of microphone connections, whether microphones are included in the selected package, and the stated controls. An accessory pictured in one photo may not be included in every variant.

Ask a useful compatibility question

Tell customer care the model you are considering, your phone, computer or TV model, the intended connection and the feature you need. A clear photo of port labels helps check uncertain details against supplier documentation.

Check your setup after delivery

Keep packaging while checking the model and accessories. Follow the supplied pairing instructions, select the intended input mode and test with one source first. If the result differs from stated information, record the settings and contact support with your order number.
