CyberAud’s cross-border small parcels ship from China to overseas destinations. Routes and estimates depend on the destination, parcel and service confirmed for the order. This guide explains each stage; it does not promise a fixed delivery date.
Before you order
Check variant availability, the full address and postcode, and the delivery options offered for your destination. Review shipping fees and policies. Confirm unclear preparation times, carriers or destination requirements with customer care.
Preparation and dispatch
Order preparation and international transit are separate steps. A tracking number or label may appear before the carrier scans the parcel. For split shipments, follow each parcel’s tracking reference and contents rather than expecting every item to arrive together.
International transit and local delivery
Parcels can pass through export handling, international transport, destination customs and local delivery. Scan frequency differs across carriers and stages. Follow the order’s tracking information and ask support to investigate unexplained delays. Destination charges and requirements must be checked against the published policy and confirmed order.
On arrival
Compare the delivered model, variant and contents with your order. Keep packaging and clear photos of visible damage, missing accessories or mismatches. Include the parcel label in a support request when useful; avoid posting personal address information publicly.
After-sales support
Review the returns policy and contact customer care with the order number, issue description and evidence before returning anything. Support will confirm applicable conditions, the return destination and next steps. Do not send a return to an unconfirmed address or treat a shipping label as a return instruction.
