Your model’s manual is the starting point. Pairing controls, charging requirements and care instructions vary, even between products that look similar.
First connection
Charge the device as instructed, switch it on and enter pairing mode using the model’s controls. Open Bluetooth settings on your phone or computer, select the device name from the manual and confirm the connection. A speaker’s wireless microphones may follow a separate pairing process.
If a device does not appear
Check that it is in pairing mode, within the stated range and not connected to another device. Follow the manual’s reconnection or reset steps. Do not assume one reset button combination works for every model.
Charging and storage
Use the input rating and charging accessories specified for the model. Keep charging contacts dry and clean, and store the product according to its instructions. A charging case and the earbuds can have different water-resistance ratings.
Everyday cleaning
Follow the manufacturer’s cleaning method. Do not immerse a product or its charging case unless the instructions explicitly allow it. Keep product labels and the model number available so support can identify the correct instructions.
When you need help
Visit customer care or open your order details. Include the model, a short description of the issue and relevant photos for an after-sales request. Keep packaging and wait for confirmed return instructions before sending anything back.
